The PBS models represent a shift toward high-performance, minimalist living. My main goal was to capture the striking visual contrast between the dark, industrial metal exteriors and the warm, inviting wood interiors.
By placing these models in realistic, atmospheric environments, we helped potential buyers truly feel the “hygge” lifestyle. The visuals intentionally emphasize the large windows, open-plan spaces, and the seamless connection between the modern interior and the surrounding nature.
Design isn’t just about the building; it’s about how it sits in the world. We focused on creating “Hero” exterior shots that highlight the sharp, clean lines of the PBS models. By using soft, golden-hour lighting and carefully curated landscaping, we showcased the architectural silhouette as a premium lifestyle choice rather than just a housing unit.
Inside the PBS models, the focus is on light and volume. We staged the interiors with minimalist furniture to maintain the sense of space. By highlighting the floor-to-ceiling windows and the natural wood finishes, the renders demonstrate a design that feels both spacious and grounded, perfect for the modern, design conscious homeowner.
